Job Description: Weekend Part-Time Seasonal (November / December)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic weekend Saturday/Sunday Pot Washer / Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You must be able to work both days!

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Primary duties include cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, such as pots, pans, and utensils. You may also be required to assist with occasional food preparation and other kitchen duties.

Key Duties:

Cleaning: Washing pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, both by hand and using a dishwasher.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Waste Disposal: Emptying bins and disposing of waste as needed, including food waste, cardboard, and other recyclable materials, in accordance with our recycling policy.
Food Preparation Assistance: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
A proactive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ideally, someone with a bit of experience and or willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

Saturdays and Sundays every week
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Job Type: Part-time Seasonal (may lead to more hours and days in the future)
