In-store pooch rules
Four-legged visitors are welcomed with open paws at Woodbank Garden Centre, so take your lead and get tails wagging! To ensure that a visit to our store is enjoyable for everyone, we’ve created a Dog Friendly Policy. Take a look at the key points below before you and your pooch visit us:
1. Well-behaved dogs on short leads are permitted in-store
2. Well-behaved dogs are also permitted in the restaurant (see rules below)
3. To ensure you and your dog have a pleasant visit to Woodbank Garden Centre, we will supply fresh drinking water via the dog drinking stations.
4. Should your dog foul on your visit, it is the owner’s responsibility to clean it up. (They poop YOU SCOOP)
Exceptions are made for assistance dogs.
Dog-friendly patio
We welcome your pooch to our dining area. Please respect the rules below so we can continue to do so.
1 Please do not place your dog, even a small one, on the table, on your lap or on a chair.
2 Avoid the “Three B’s”: Begging, Barking & Biting.
3 Your canine friend can’t eat off your plate or drink from your glass. We have bowls just for them.
4 Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Please note: We can revoke this privilege, so please respect the rules above so that we can continue allowing dogs in-store.
