In-store pooch rules
Four-legged visitors are welcomed with open paws at Woodbank Garden Centre so take your lead and get tails wagging! to ensure that a visit to our store is enjoyable for everyone we’ve created a Dog Friendly Policy. Take a look at the key points below before you and your pooch visit us:
1. Well behaved dogs on short leads are permitted in-store
2. Well behaved dogs are also permitted in the restaurant (see rules below)
3. To ensure you and your dog have a pleasant visit to Woodbank we will supply fresh drinking water via the dog drinking stations.
4. Should your dog foul on your visit it is the owner’s responsibility to clean it up.
Exceptions are made for assistance dogs.
Dog friendly patio
We welcome your pooch to our dining area. Please be respectful of the rules below so that we can continue to do so.
1 Please do not place your dog, even a small one, on the table, on your lap or on a chair.
2 Avoid the “Three B’s” Begging, Barking & Biting.
3 Your canine friend can’t eat off your plate or drink from your glass. We have bowls just for them.
4 Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Please note: this is a trial run so be respectful of the rules above so that we can continue to allow dogs in-store.
