Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the booking and use of our online booking form for Santa’s Grotto at Woodbank Garden Centre. By submitting a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official online booking form.
  • A valid email address is required for all booking confirmations and communications.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards.
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT & booking fees.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the event that Santa Land cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Amendments

  • Bookings cannot be amended once confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your booking.
  • In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion we may be able to assist with minor amendments.

5. Arrival & Entry

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a delayed entry time. We cannot guarantee entry to latecomers and no refunds will be given.
  • You must present your booking confirmation email or the name the booking has been made under to a member of staff upon arrival.
  • Entry is for the number of people specified on your booking.

6. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times within Santa Land.
  • For the safety of all visitors, we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or a threat to others.
  • In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff.

7. Photography & Filming

  • You are welcome to take your own photographs within the grotto.
  • By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

8. Data Protection

  • We will collect and store your personal information for the purpose of processing your booking.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at here.

9. General

  • Santa Land reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except where caused by our negligence.
