Welcome to the Woodbank Garden Centre website. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of goods online. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Woodbank Garden Centre’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Introduction

Woodbank Garden Centre (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website providing gardening products, plants, and outdoor living goods. Our registered address is Woodbank Nurseries, Harden Road, Harden, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 1BE.

2. Online Ordering & Eligibility

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.

3. Local Delivery Policy

Important Delivery Restriction: We currently only offer local delivery. Delivery is strictly limited to addresses within a 15 mile radius of our site (BD16 1BE).

Radius Check: Eligibility for delivery is determined at checkout based on your
postcode. If your address falls outside the 20-mile radius, we will be unable to fulfill a delivery request.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the garden centre. These will be clearly displayed before you finalize your
purchase.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday).
However, during peak seasons, this may be longer. We will contact you to confirm a delivery window.

Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for
delivery vehicles (especially for bulk items like compost or aggregates). We offer
“kerbside delivery” only.

4. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
All items are subject to availability. As we deal with live plants, seasonal availability may fluctuate. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Non-Perishable Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for non- perishable goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition at the buyer’s expense.

5.2 Perishable Goods (Plants)

Perishable items, such as live plants, are exempt from the standard 14-day return period. However, if a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

6. Click and Collect
We currently do not offer click and collect however this maybe available in the future.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woodbank Garden Centre shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of the website or the delivery of goods, except where required by law.
